Early start with personality
Monday morning, 8:30 AM – a time that was more of a myth for me as a student. But on this day I entered the MIU24® Concept & Advertising Agency and became Marco, Jürgen and Janes warmly welcomed. The initial excitement? Vanished as quickly as the first coffee.
The start of the day: Meeting or coffee?
After a morning Meeting (or was it just the first coffee?) my day officially began at 9:00 AM. It quickly became clear that while work is done in a casual, humorous way, the focus is clearly on goal-oriented and creative action.
Tasks and highlights of the day
- Design newsletter:
My first insight into working with real customer projects – the creation of a stylish newsletters. A task where I could not only be creative but also get to know the diverse clients of MIU24®. - Small insights and tasks:
In between, there were always smaller tasks, like the Editing a competition or dealing with DPD customers. This variety made the day exciting and versatile. - Creative writing:
The highlight for me was creating a recipe for the Duprès shop. Cooking and baking are not my strengths, but the passion for good food made me gladly accept this challenge. - A look behind the scenes:
Between tasks, I got an insight into life behind the office doors – from the colleagues' humorous interactions to the small everyday challenges like the Keller's light switch, who sits hidden in the corner.
The Team: A Touch of Family
The MIU24® team is a colorful mix of personalities who convince with their casual and humorous approach. Lunch break? More like a mix of cramps and learning new expressions that are probably best left uncommented.
A day with character
This trial day was more than an insight into everyday work – it was a journey into the Philosophy of MIU24®. Here, professionalism meets personality, creativity meets structure. A company that is different – in the best sense.
