On 04.09.2017, a new chapter began for Chris – his first time in the framework of a dual study program for marketing management at the IUBH Hannover led him into the #werbegalerie of MIU24® Konzept- & Werbeagentur.
"Studying? Boring? Not at MIU24®!"
Everything here #andersgelebt – more creative, cooler, and with a touch of craziness. On the very first day, Chris was able to dive into the exciting world of an advertising agency.
Morning start in the #kreativloft
Punctually at 08:30 AM Chris was by Marco and Jürgen La-Greca warmly welcomed. The day started with a Team meeting, during which the diversity of the ongoing projects and the high workload quickly became apparent.

MIU24® – Like a small family
From the very beginning, Chris was integrated into the team. After a short induction, he was allowed to work independently, learned tips and tricks and experienced how boundless creative thinking can be. The working atmosphere? Positive, likeable, and familiar – including jokes in between.
The customer is king
Between projects, clients were received who discussed their concerns in the #werbegalerie. The team placed great value on Honesty and transparency, took time and went into individual requirements intensively. Every customer became the King of the #creativehouse.
Lunch break: Enjoying together
For lunch, the entire team sat together, enjoyed a homemade feast, and put work aside for a moment – a nice balance before continuing with fresh energy.
A long, rocky road full of opportunities
After a successful trial work, Marco and Jürgen La-Greca decided, Chris as a permanent team member to take up. Over the next 3.5 years Chris will be part of the #ideenrunde and benefit from the extensive work in the #werbegalerie.
