A day full of new impressions, creativity and team spirit – Sarah was able to celebrate her rehearsal day in the MIU24® Advertising Agency get an insight into the world of #anderswerbens. Their expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

An exciting start to everyday advertising

Already upon arrival at the MIU24KG nervousness and anticipation were palpable. But a warm welcome quickly ensured that Sarah felt comfortable and motivated to start the day. The day began with a Morning meeting , where not only projects were discussed, but there was also plenty of room for creativity, brainstorming and laughter.

"I imagined flexible, dynamic working at eye level – and I was not disappointed."

Teamwork and initiative

After a short introduction, Sarah was allowed to take action immediately. She was given her first small tasks and was able to work with Anne develop a concept for a customer. She particularly appreciated this Teamwork , in which ideas were openly exchanged and developed.

"It's always amazing what kind of ideas you come up with when you talk to each other and get involved."

The day was marked by Initiative and independent work , which was actively promoted by Jürgen and Marco. Despite her short stay, Sarah felt like a full team member .

Working atmosphere and cohesion

Sarah describes the atmosphere in MIU24® as familiar and pleasant . She was particularly impressed by the cohesion in the team. Even in stressful situations, people stand up for each other, and everyone contributes to achieving the best possible results.

"It's a great feeling to get the same appreciation as everyone else in the room."
