On July 2, 2017, it's that time again: Hannover celebrates the largest shooting festival in the world and the longest Schützenausmarsch! The MIU24® Advertising Agency from the old town of Hanover is full of anticipation and will be there this year with a very special connection.

A piece of tradition meets modernity

Managing Director Jürgen La-Greca connects personal memories with the Schützenausmarsch:

“When I was a student, I used to work in the medieval experience tavern Excalibur worked as a waiter. This time was full of beautiful moments and has shaped friendships to this day. That's why this year we proudly march with the crew of the Excalibur with."

Participation in the Schützenausmarsch is a clear commitment to the region and its traditions. The 448. Hannover Schützenfest is not only a festival for marksmen's clubs but also a platform for regional companies, communities, and institutions that represent Hanover and its history.

The marksmen's parade

With a length of around 10 kilometers is the longest of its kind in the world. This year, as always, it promises to be loud, flashy, and full of euphoria – perfect for the advertising agency MIU24®, which always operates under the motto #beingdifferent operates.

The parade starts around 9:50 AM with the joint opening march of all music corps on Trammplatz. The route leads through the city center of Hanover – past the most beautiful places, such as Ballhofplatz and Leinstraße, directly to the Schützenplatz.

Besides big names like the GOP Varieté, the Hannover Indians, the Gilde Brewery and the Herrenhäuser Brewery, MIU24® joins the colorful ranks. Together with the crew of the Excalibur the advertising agency will not only contest the march but also liven up the old town route with energy and joy.

After the parade, the celebration continues directly on Leinstraße, where all marksmen and spectators are welcome to celebrate with MIU24®.
